Higher Education classroom experience grounded in a basis of student teaching instruction at all pre-secondary levels (Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and High School). Panel work, workshopping, facilitation, lecturing and inclusivity-centric presentations. Pedagogy focused on co-construction of knowledge and classroom experience including dialogic and participatory course structures.

Pipeline program curriculum and teaching, early alert tracking, one-on-one success and academic coaching. Trauma/ ASD/neurodiversity and disability-informed care, on-call crisis support, and direct conduct experience. Qualitative Research
Successful initiatives in disability support for students in academia, employees with disabilities in working contexts, non-profit collaboration, participatory design, LGBTQIA+/Greek Life support, consent and agency conversations, and queer/crip/disability theory applications in both Higher Education and HRD. Methodological approaches include case studies, autoethnographic and narrative inquiries, and grounded theory. Dissertation by Publication, completed in April 2025.

Process scaling and collaborative project management. Experienced in accessible design needs, particularly in text and document accessibility for persons with blindness or low-vision. Information Technology career including Tiers 1, 2, and 3 (phone, desktop support, server administration), usually educationally-focused. Prior marketing management and design experience. A/V editing and instructional technology work, including faculty training.
